Description: The Junior Forest Warden (JFW) Program is
a refreshing opportunity for boys and girls aged 6-18 to become
involved in exciting, new outdoor experiences in an affordable
family atmosphere. The JFW program is designed to develop an awareness,
appreciation and respect for our natural environment. The four
foundations of the JFW program are Forestry, Ecology, Wood-Travel
and Leadership. It is a physically challenging, active, educational
experience that involves discovering the forest environment through
activities in forestry, ecology and outdoor skills and leadership.
